The scope of the project was the renewal of an old powder filling plant.
A new big-bag filling unit, two valve-bag station and one open-top bag filling machine were installed.
The complete intern transport system and a new robot for automated bagging was re-engineered.
New pneumatic transfer lines with filter receivers, blowers, powder dust recovery units and powder screws were foreseen.
Besides the recuperation of two conical powder mixers a thirth conical powder mixer was added.
A 50m³ powder silo with double screw bottom was engineerd.
The complete steel structure with stairs and platforms for main equipment and silos was calculated and designed.
Instrumentation, new cabling and modifications in the existing MCC were part of the scope.
